Submit your current, valid, signed Passport. It must not be handwritten. It must not expire within 6 months and must have at least 2 side-by-side blank visa pages. If you do not have the proper blank visa pages in your passport, you must first amend your passport to have pages added. MedChoice International Inc. will secure your visa using the added pages. If your passport expires within six months, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport.

Submit a completed, signed Saudi Arabia Visa Application form. It must be signed with blue ink.

All fields of the application form have to be completely filled out, including Name, Address and Phone number of the inviting company in Saudi Arabia. Missing or incomplete information will cause processing delays.

Saudi Arabia Visa Application

A MedChoice International Inc. Saudi Visa Specialist will complete the Enjaz online application form for you on your behalf. The Enjaz fee is included in the consular fees.

Submit 2 copies of a recent (taken in past 6 months) color, 2x2 Passport Photograph on a white background and taken by a passport photographer. It must not be a digital or non-passport style photograph.

If you are not a US citizen, submit a photocopy of your proof of your legal long-term US residency (i.e. US Permanent Resident Card or US visa).

Submit a computer-generated flight itinerary from your travel agent, airline, or online booking agency or a copy of your ticket(s). A photocopy is acceptable. It must indicate your name, date of arrival and departure from Saudi Arabia and flight information.

At this time MedChoice International Inc. can only assist with Saudi Arabian visa applications for applicants with invitations specific to the Saudi Arabian Consulate in Los Angeles. If your invitation is specific to the Saudi Arabian embassy in Washington DC or Houston or NY consulates, please contact your host in Saudi Arabia to have this changed to the Saudi Arabian Consulate in Los Angeles.

Submit an application from the sponsor in Saudi Arabia on your behalf to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or an original letter of invitation from the company in Saudi Arabia.

This letter must be signed and sealed by the company and stamped by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce, you MUST send the original letter with your application.

For businesswomen, the invitation must come from the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Once you have completed the order form, email the inviting company's name exactly as it appears on the invitation in Arabic to saudivisas@medchoice.com . This is required in addition to sending the paper invitation.

Submit a Letter of Intent. It must include a letter with the number and date of the Temporary Work Visa Confirmation issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or its branches in Jeddah or Dammam. Also it must indicate the purpose of your trip, duration of your stay, date of arrival and departure from Saudi Arabia and your host's full contact information.

If your short term employment contract is available, a copy of it may be submitted instead.

You must include a copy of your temporary work contract with the host company in Saudi Arabia.

Complete the Saudi Sponsor Information form, and email it to: saudivisas@medchoice.com

Submit a signed Notice of Law and Regulation. It must be signed with blue ink.

The processing time for all visas for Canadian citizens is 6-8 weeks. The processing time for all other citizens is as listed under the Consular Fees requirements and on our order form.
